Returns do not align with our values of sustainability, as every package has a carbon footprint. Because of this, just tell us what went wrong with the product, send us a pic, and we'll give you back the money in full. Then, if you like, you can donate your item to a charity.
Bad Bixch Décor only issues refunds if the product arrives damaged or if there was a mistake on our end. For your item to be eligible for a refund, we must receive a photo or video of the damaged or incorrect product for us to evaluate. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your card will be refunded within a few business days.
