Unfortunately, COVID-19 has businesses and postal services all around the world experiencing mail service disruptions and delays. No additional time is being taken to process your order, however, there may be a delay in the shipment of your order until further notice.

US and Canada: 5 - 16 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 19 business days
Europe: 9 - 17 business days
Latin America: 10 - 25 business days
Africa: 10 - 25 business days
Other Countries: 14 - 30 business days
The order processing time may take up to 3 days. Processing includes things such as checking, packing, and sending your products.
Orders could be delayed for reasons such as:
- Shipping address is incomplete or incorrect
- Shipping address is not written in English
- Order requires customization
- Order is pending credit verification and approval
- A product is out of stock
- Order is being shipped to a remote country
- Customs has placed a hold on the order
Once you've placed your order, you will be provided with a shipping confirmation email. If your order has been shipped using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You will be able to click on your tracking link in the email to view the up to date tracking information.

As we ship our products worldwide, customs rules and regulations differ from country to country. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your particular country's importation laws prior to placing an order. Any costs associated with tariffs or duties on products by a Customs authority are the customer's responsibility. Bad Bixch Décor is not liable for a Customs authority's decision to place a hold, or to impose a tariff or duty, on an order.
